One correction - the url on that page is broken:

    yum install http://resources.ovirt.org/pub/yum-repo/ovirt-release41pre.rpm

The correct rpm url seems to be:

    yum instal http://resources.ovirt.org/pub/yum-repo/ovirt-release41-pre.rpm
