That said, in the future we should go an extra few steps beyond the
minutes when a schedule is changed in a meeting. A separate email
should go out to arch@ about the schedule change, with a link to the
relevant meeting minutes.

This is why people say, "It's not a decision if it's not on the
mailing list."[1]
