freenode vs. oftc

Revisiting... IMO it does not sound like there is consensus here since
there are more related projects on OFTC already than I had originally
known about.

I think the answer then is to just keep things exactly the way they are
today. :)

We'll keep the #ovirt channel on Freenode open however, if for no other
reason than to redirect folks to the OFTC channel
