Ah! Sorry I misunderstood. Well, as Mark said, the consistency is
guaranteed by biosdevname, by Dell. AFAIK nobody has put any work
on doing udev renaming for hosts. We'd have to see whether the
community gets behind this and then try to come up with an API for
that.
