Based on what I've seen so far to e.g. rsvp at ovirt.org (an
open-to-any-poster list) and in the moderation queues, it will be
nearly zero time until the spam starts. It's several pieces a day,
each list, some days several multiples of that, and it seems to be
growing in intensity.
