The consensus from the meeting today was to make a call for moderators
and get the queues under control and flowing inbound non-spam to the
lists.

- From the setup-new-services perspective, we need a bit more time in
Infrastructure to add new services to manage. We've grown really
quickly, and we need to bring in more help, get everyone familiar with
working together, and organize the processes before we add an entirely
new service.
