[ovirt-devel] Postponing oVirt 3.5.4 GA to next week

Hi,
in order to provide a more stable release, oVirt 3.5.4 GA has been
postponed to *2015-08-13.*
Fixes improving network stability for VDSM have been added and are
currently under QE verification.
