No, see below for the reason.

It's harder to do for minor releases, as they don't have distinct target
milestones as major versions do.
For example, 4.0 has 4.0.0-rc1, 4.0.0-rc2, 4.0.0-rc3, etc.
3.6.7 doesn't have that.
