[ovirt-devel] oVirt 4.2.0 blockers review - Day 4

The Quota bug was not really a blocker, but since it kept the flag, we
merged the fix.

I just tried to help Ondra with the other one, but we need to wait and see
if the fix we got from Fedora guidelines works.
