[ovirt-devel] ovirt-system-tests failure for basic-suite-4.1

That got it. The issue stems from this originally being an oVirt box and
repurposing it into a Jenkins box.
I also found an issue with /etc/libvirt/qemu-sanlock.conf but these are all
artifact issues. Thanks!
