As Jakub pointed out, replacing the "main & sub tab" concept with "main
(grid) view leading to details (tabbed) view" impacts existing UI
workflows, and the "entity actions available only from the main view" is
one of them. I remember this being discussed with UXD and it makes perfect
sense to have those actions available in details view as well, we'll
improve that.
