[ovirt-devel] All ConfigValues MUST be in database

Hi,

to master was merged patch that removed default values for engine options
[1]. Now all values are present in 0000_config. For adding new engine
option, besides adding it in ConfigValues, add it also into 0000_config
(using procedure *fn_db_add_config_value* or
*fn_db_add_config_value_for_versions_up_to*).
