I would recommend to track this on https://ovirt.org/events/ by adding the
event following
https://github.com/OSAS/rh-events/wiki/Adding-and-modifying-events

I would also recommend to send personal invitation to oVirt team leads to
be sure they see it.

If you need to track who's going to join, I would recommend a ticketing
system like eventbrite.
