[ovirt-devel] [vdsm][network] false test failiures in CI

Looks like IPv6 is disabled on that slave, therefore all IPv6 related tests
failed.
We will add a test to check IPv6 availability so we can easily detect this
in advance, but we do require IPv6 to be available.
