restapi: Avoid having leftovers when adding NFS SD.

If the process, of adding/importing NFS Storage Domain,
fails while validating the storage domain name,
the storage server connection data, which was added in the process,
does not gets deleted from the DB.
The proposed fix validates the name inside the try catch clause.
