core: IsSystemSuperUserPredicate

Changed IsSystemSuperUserPredicate (and all the places that use it) to
implement Java 8's standard java.util.function.Predicate instead of the
out-dated org.ovirt.engine.core.utils.linq.Predicate, as part of the
attempt to remove the latter from the codebase completely.
