core: use VdsDynamicDao in vm-analyzer

During the analysis of the VM the analyzer needs to check
the status of the host that the VM is being migrated to
and no other information about hosts is needed, therefore
it can use VdsDynamicDao instead of VdsDao. That reduces
the complexity of the queries from the database.
