restapi: Update to model 4.1.23

The more relevant changes in this new version of the model are the
following:

* Deprecate the `xml` value of the `HostProtocol` enum.

* Add the new `AffinityRule` type, together with the `vms_rule` and
  `hosts_rule` attributes of the existing `AffinityGroup` type. This
  replaces the now deprecated `positive` and `enforcing` attributes of
  the `AffinityGroup` type.

* Add new `reduceluns` operation to the service that manages a storage
  domain.

* Revert the addition of the `progress` attribute to the `Disk` type.

* Fix the main parameter of the operation to update disks so that it is
  both _in_ and _out_.
