Change in ovirt-engine[master]: HE: fixed the vm nic changing it's status to unplugged.

HE: fixed the vm nic changing it's status to unplugged.

The fix is to use the nic device id that is reported from the hosted engine
vm when importing it and not to generate a random id.

Added unitests.

Organized imports.
