mock_runner fix empty mrmap bug

Mock runner would wait for input forever
because it tried to `cat` ovirt-ci.mrmap.
If the path to mock-confs-dir was wrong,
or the file doesn't exists it would cause
mock runner to wait forever without any
meaningful message written to the screen.
