webadmin: Prevent error in VM NUMA pinning dialog

When dragging an icon from any part of the VM NUMA pinning dialog
other than the 'unassigned virtual nodes' element, an exception is
thrown causing an error to be displayed in the UI. This patch
prevents the exception, avoiding the error.
