Various UX improvements in change-queue jobs

- Tester job now displays the amount of changes being tested in the
  output log as well as in the table of builds in Jenkins.
- If there is only one change being tested, the change ID is also
  displayed by the tester job.
- For the change queue job builds that are started by a tester job, a
  link to the tester job build is shown in the builds table of the
  change queue job
- When a tester job is running, a link to the tester job is provided in
  the queue status screen
