build: Remove DiamondOperatorCheck#isSameTypeArgsInVariableDef

isSameTypeArgsInVariableDef was part of DiamondOperatorCheck when it
was adapted to the oVirt project, but the adaptation removed the
usage of this method.

It's thus redundant, and should just be removed, as this patch does.
