restapi: Update to model 4.2.11 and metamodel 1.2.6

The more relevant changes in the new version of the model are the
following:

* Add the `all_content` parameter to `Host.Get` and `Hosts.List`.

The more relevant changes in the new version of the metamodel are the
following:

* Ignore nested methods when generationg AsciiDoc.
