[Engine-devel] Findbugs bug count will decrease dramatically

Hello all,

We have recently discovered an issue with the findbugs configuration
that was disabling many filters. It has been fixed in [1], and that
means that the number of bugs detected by findbugs will decrease
dramatically, approx 400 bugs less according to Alissa Bonas (thanks for
the input Alissa). Take it into account when working on fixing findbugs
issues.
