Line 13:          CONSTRAINT pk_jobs_subject_entity PRIMARY KEY(job_id,entity_id,entity_type)
so why not add an audit log event and only reference it?
one could argue a job step should be there (in audit log) to begin with?
would even mean a step could be related to multiple entities just like the audit log is?
