Permissions to modify jobs

That could be done via request for power user on jenkins.
If you are an active memeber of a certain ovirt project (i assume in this case it's VDSM),
then you can request a power-user permission to jenkins to be able to create/modify specific jobs relevant to your project.

to do that, please send an email to infra at ovirt.org, cc engine-devel presenting yourself (who you are and which project you work on),
and requesting power user permissions to jenkins.ovirt.org.

after a few +1 from fellow maintainers and no -1, you will get the permissions and you will be able to login and modify
relevant jobs.
