 python-nose1.1 isn't installed into default /usr/bin/nosetests file which
 is used by vdsm tests.

 ensure python-nose1.1 is installed on jenkins slaves and linked to bin
      ln -s /usr/bin/nosetests1.1 /usr/bin/nosetests
