actually, it seems it is set to 'arch' for some reason.
but yes, if its not bcc'd, someone replying to an email sent to both 
users and announce, won't get this setting.
(hence i suggest bcc-ing it if sending to more than one mailing list. 
will try to remember to do so myself)
