You should already have it, as it's granted at refs/* level and not
restricted on the branches.
Are you sure you can't push them?

I know, and I checked but I did not find a way to specify globs or
regexpes in the refspec field when in between the name itself (like
refs/name-*, refs/* works well though). If you know how to do it tell
me please, that will help on other repos as well.
