ovirt-engine compilation errors

it looks like the maven-metadata.xml file is outdated and doesn't contain the latest ovirt-host-deploy artifact
http://artifactory.ovirt.org:8081/artifactory/ovirt-mirror/org/ovirt/ovirt-host-deploy/ovirt-host-deploy/1.3.0-master-SNAPSHOT/

it has to be regenerated.
anyone has permissions to do that?
