jenkins gives -1 although 3/3 jobs are SUCCESS

It's still not ok for jenkins to send a review (probably a bug in the plugin).

Other things to keep an eye on is that the history for the jobs spans less than
7 hours for one of them.

And when opening some of them it does not show the el7 running job on it (that
might be caused by the same reason why it sent a review)
