Bringing this up again.
As said, novnc has been dropped from EPEL 6 as obsolete.
Looking at koji[1], it looks that nobody is actively maintaining the Fedora and the EPEL 7 package since it's still in version 0.4 there while
upstream is now on 0.5.1[2].

We need to consider:
1) taking ownership of EPEL and Fedora packages and keep it maintained so we can keep NoVNC feature.
2) package it ourselves inside oVirt repo for our needs only
3) drop NoVNC feature[3]

In 3.5 zstream it seams we have no choice but go with 2 on EL6 package.
For 3.6 we must decide what to do.
