jenkins "keep build forever" doesn't work

Hi,
while investigating on the issue which caused engine to not being released in alpha by the release tool I've seen that "keep build forever" flag is
not working in jenkins.

Example is http://jenkins.ovirt.org/job/ovirt-engine_master_create-rpms_merged/3642/ which kept el6 build only and lost el7 and fc20.

I suggest either to disable the flag so people won't rely on it or fix the issue.
