I can add it to infra-docs later, for the production vms:

currently there are no templates in the Production cluster, so best is to provision with  pxe(in foreman), choose latest CentOS 7.2. don't forget to add the root password.
HDD - create root HDD in VM tab in foreman, and  add afterwards another HDD via the engine for the data.

use phx.ovirt.org domain, and let it auto-suggest

not sure, actually didn't use that
