[ACTION REQUIRED] ovirt-system-tests [master] failing on adding secondary storage domain

OK,
Seems like the 4.0 tests are stable and were down due to the reposync bug.
So with 3.6 & 4.0 stable, this seems more like a real regression, since
IIRC, the test that imports from Glance also runs on 4.0.
