baremetal slave network reconfiguration

Hi everyone,

As we're working on verifying network settings
on PHX hosts and I got complains about bare metal
slaves not coming up after reboot, I am now coordinating
changes with our networking team to address that. 

The following slaves were already reconfigured
and back in operation:
ovirt-srv19.phx.ovirt.org
ovirt-srv20.phx.ovirt.org
ovirt-srv21.phx.ovirt.org
ovirt-srv22.phx.ovirt.org

These two slaves are taken offline and awaiting 
switch reconfiguration:
ovirt-srv23.phx.ovirt.org
ovirt-srv24.phx.ovirt.org

Once these are fixed, we'll proceed to the remaining
two integ-tests slaves:
ovirt-srv25.phx.ovirt.org
ovirt-srv26.phx.ovirt.org
