hystrix dependencies

If you have epel in the repos, check if it still fails on hysterix packages
(if it does - then we do exclude/include somewhere)
if its failing on missing jsonrpc-java 1.2.5 it should be fixed soon, now
that the nightlies published the newer version (didn't run last night
because of the outage)
