Automatic move to QE on wrong ovirt-engine tag

Hello Sandro.

Let me check and move the remaining bugs On MODIFIED manually for this
release. The script is run on milestone and then I got git exceptions that
I had to patch ad hock just to let it run to the end.

Will then see what's wrong and fix the script.
