Before we make dependency-triggered builds to ovirt-containers as described in the design document (OVIRT-1371), we need to start running the build  and deploy code more frequently to find issues and measure needed resources and other aspects.

For that we should setup jobs to product nightly builds of the containers from the oVirt nightly snapshot repos.

This will be similar to the currently existing nightly builds for node and the appliance.
