new version today starting tentatively at 15:00 IST (14:00 CET). However it might be postponed to a later time if we did not manage to get snapshot by that time. During the upgrade
the gerrit will not be available. This should not take longer than few

note that we plan to upgrade to the latest major version 2.12.2. First of all we hope that stability issues that we face are solved there.
