As the version to ugrade _from_, the job is trying to use the following repo:<br>

But it seems there is no ovirt-engine in those repos, so the<br>
installation of the system to update _from_ is failing.<br>

Not sure is that repo should be updated or wither we should change the<br>
job to install the basic system from somewhere else.<br>
