<p>The certificate for engine-phx.ovirt.org was issued in 2014 and Chrome 63 no longer displays the UI with error:</p>
<p>This site can’t provide a secure connection engine-phx.ovirt.org doesn't adhere to security standards. ERR_SSL_SERVER_CERT_BAD_FORMAT</p>
<p>The simplest way to try and fix it is to re-generate the certificate. The engine-setup wizard is proposing that so will combine with the Engine upgrade ticket we have open.</p>
