[Kimchi-devel] [PATCH v2] Display "README" with markdown style on Github

This is the difference between this and the previous patchset (v1):

- Add the Automake rule "foreign" so it doesn't look for the file "README".
  That was one of the requirements of a GNU (i.e. non-foreign) project. Check
