Compilation with the latest patches sent to list and new patches related to the new-ui.

*Moving bootstrap-select js and css to separate folders - v1 (no changes)
*Adding python-pip and cython + libssas to compile SCSS source in the new-ui - v2
	Patch v1 would break installation in Ubuntu 14.04 regardless if system was updated with GCC / G++ 4.9. Adding cython library in v2 fixes this. Didn't run in any issues with Fedora or OpenSUSE
*Adding new-ui sass source files - v1 (no changes)
*Adding new-ui src sass dependencies - v2
	Removed Bootstrap-Select scss source files and refactored bootstrap-select.custom.scss to keep only changed styles
*New-ui JS, images and template files - new
	Updates templates, kimchi logo and wok widgets.
*Added new-ui to Kimchi - new
	Updated host tab template and js to reflect new-ui changes.    

The last two patches were made on top of Package Manager Monitor update.
