Hey,

it seems as if the ovirt.log was gathered not during the failed
installation.

Please try the following to get a matching ovirt.log and ovirt-node.log:

1. Run installation and wait for it to fail
2. Press F2 to drop to console
3. Now copy /var/log/ovirt.log /var/log/ovirt-node.log and
possibly /tmp/ovirt.log to a safe location.
