we could add that if we pick up rsvp's quickly.

I spoke with Itamar and we are going to put time in to get the workshop
details and schedule worked as that will help people deciding to come.

I've marked one for the first night (which I got some budget from
stevens for). We can maybe also do a social tues is someone else wants
to pick it up. My thoughts are to do something that will allow people to
chat/ get to know each other
