[Users] ovirt and web portals favicon

[Einav Cohen]

facicon has been replaced to an oVirt one on the ovirt code-repo a few months 
ago [1] (see attached screen-shot from ovirt compiled from latest code-repo).
I assume it didn't make it in time for ovirt-3.2, will be in ovirt-3.3
