This doesn't seem to be a stateless problem.
Please run findmnt /dev/sda to see if it's mounted.
Please also consider to ask your questions on users at ovirt.org or
node-devel at ovirt.org - there are more people there to answer.
node-devel at ovirt.org is especially good for Node stuff.
