Ok, so the issue seams here: now by default vdsm binds on :: and its
heuristc can end up using ipv6.

Can you please try enabling ipv6 on your host or setting
 management_ip = 0.0.0.0
under the [address] section in /etc/vdsm/vdsm.conf
and then restarting vdsm.
